Drop Ship location
Some customers sites are unmanned or in rural locations. RoamerTech offers a secure address to receive your equipment for deployment and installation at your facility whether it be repair, upgrade or new installation
Diagnostic Service
RoamerTech works with your technical support team assisting with their diagnostics. We advise your team of any observed conditions that could impact the situation requiring further support. We will also report anything we observe that may be a cause for concern in the future.
Remote viewing
One of our goals is to be the hands and eyes at your remote locations.
Some locations are so remote there will be connection problems in which case we will work with your team in the format they think will best address their needs.
Consulting
RoamerTech offers you professional services. We have seen and worked with many iterations of communications equipment in various scenarios. RoamerTech brings you the advantages of lessons learned through the school of hard knocks.
Concierge Service
We have a select number of customers requesting a rapid response priority.
We offer as a premium, a tiered priority system adjunct to our normal ‘first come, first serve’ services.
This is only available to a limited number of clients and is restricted at times to protect our customer’s quality of service.
Project support and management
We have over 70 years of experience assisting customers with the functionality of their designs, from before breaking ground all the way through ribbon cutting. We help you get the very best return for your dollar. We do not have a product line, so, our interest is assisting only YOU, our customer.
